Install the tag on your website

In order to measure visits to your site, we need you to place a specific code on it. Once in place, you can directly start analyzing your traffic by visiting your dashboard.

Here is the HTML code to insert into your HTML page:

<script async src="https://cdn.eu-analytics.com/tracker.js"></script>

Unique visitor

A unique visitor is identified by the combination of the hash of their IP address and the hash of their user-agent.

Note: We do not store any clear IP addresses and user-agents, these data are hashed before being stored so that no one, including us, can find the IP addresses and user-agents of visitors.

Number of visitors in real time

Visitors who viewed at least one page of your site during the last 30 minutes.

Average session duration

Average session duration represents the average time that visitors spend on your site in one session. A session starts when a visitor arrives on your site, and ends when the ends when the visitor has not taken any action for 30 minutes.

Bounce rate

Bounce rate is a performance indicator for a website that measures the proportion of visitors who leave a site after viewing only one page. That is, when a user enters a site and only views one page before leaving, they are considered a high bounce rate visitor.

A high bounce rate can be a sign that visitors are not finding what they are looking for on the site, or that the content presented does not interest them. It is therefore important for web site owners to monitor their bounce rate and take measures to improve their performance. Techniques to reduce bounce rate include optimizing the quality and utility of content, easy navigation, and creating an engaging environment for users.
